My worst habits....Ok, yes, I've got a few.  

I watch too much TV.  There are totally more productive things I could do, but sometimes I... just... don't.  I also don't work out enough.  

You know, I've realized that we can sum up a good bit of my bad habits by just saying this: I'm lazy.  It's sad but it's true.  

Perhaps my biggest bad habit though, is that I procrastinate.  At any given time I've got a mental list of crap I need to do.  The worst part is, as I continue to not do stuff, the list just grows.  Maybe I should just throw away the list and start over...?
