There are only a few websites I often look at.  I've recently discovered a new site though that I'm really enjoying,  It's really great because I've been trying to lose weigh and this helps you track your food and workouts.  It's really easy!  You just put in your food and work out for the day and it gives you a calorie counter.  It doesn't just count calories either; it counts anything you could want to measure: fat, carbs, sodium, etc...  It also calculates how many calories you need to consume in a day to reach your weight goal.  It's been really helpful so far, and I'm looking forward to using it and getting results in the future.
